| Tally does not provide any option for merging two ledgers. So here is the utility which will allow you to merge two ledgers. |

I tried your tdl file. It has created two xml files in the Tally folder. Nothing has happened after that.
There is no error message. It is not doing any thing except creating the two xml files. The message displayed was This operation will copy all entries from Ledger 1 to Ledger 2 and delete the ledger Ledger 2. Are you sure? Yes or No. There is no logic in deleting the destination Ledger (i.e.) Ledger 2. Please Check. If you want me to pay for the .tdl I am ready to pay.

even for me the same error is showing but its doing correctly by deleting the source ledger and shows “spelling error”

merge account tdl is loded in my tallyerp9 i am getting error while transferring the one (Source)ledger data to second (desitanation) Ledger. error massage is like this: This Operation will copy all entries from Tea Expenses(Source Ledg) to Refresh(Desitantion Ledger) and delete the ledger Refresh Are you Sure? Yes or No . after click to yes, TallyMrg0000.xml file created and that is imported from my folder d:\ drive , in tally .. Import data click select voucher then TallyMrg0000.xml enter and executed but result is not positive. No merge No data Transfer. please solve this.
